Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-21

Acceptance

By accessing or using PresentFast (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

License & open source

The PresentFast MCP server and CLI are released under the MIT license. You may self-host, modify, and redistribute them per the MIT terms. The hosted Service at presentfast.com is offered under these Terms and is not itself open source.

Your content

You retain all rights to the deck content you publish. You grant PresentFast a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Public decks are publicly accessible by URL; private decks require a share-link token. We don't guarantee perfect secrecy of share-link tokens (treat them like passwords).

Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, harassment, or threats.
  • No malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the Service or its users.
  • No automated scraping that violates rate limits or robots.txt.
  • No infringement of third-party intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees on the Free plan. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. On termination, published decks are removed within 30 days; the MIT-licensed code you've forked or self-hosted is unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and announced to active users. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
